There are several developers moving into the Concho Valley area.

1. Concho Lake Resort (highlighted in orange) - Apache County
has approved the final plan for Phase One of the Concho Lake
Resort Development- "Concho West Shores Subdivision".
The applicant is Sintra Capital LLC./Jemerica, LLC. Apache County
unanimous approval of the application.
Concho
West Shores is a waterfront subdivision located on the west
banks of Concho Lake. The subdivision will have 46 lots, with
lot sizes ranging from .23 acres to .57 acres. The Concho West
Shore subdivision will only have 19 water front lots. Rumors
have it that the waterfront lots will start at $100,000, interior
lots will range from $65,000-$85,000 per lot. The homes for
these lots will be custom log homes or custom natural wood homes.
2. Windsor Valley Ranch (highlighted
in purple) - Apache County has approved the preliminary plan
for Windsor Valley Ranch Subdivision, Phase 1. This development
will be a large subdivision located on about 2500 acres with
10-40 acre parcels.

3. Fedora Properties - building affordable homes in Unit 5 (golf course subdivision), Unit 4,

4. Country Club Villas - Patio Homes (highlighted in
pink) - Apache County has approved the Final Plat for Country
Club Villas, Unit 1, located near the Golf Course area in Concho.
