While driving the area, we found a new home under construction in Unit 5 (Golf Course Subdivision). This is the first of may new homes that will be build in the Concho area.

Congratulations to the New Home Owner! It's a great idea to get started now before other homes are built in the area. I'm sure this new home owner will enjoy the increase in equity as the area continues to grows.

There is a lot of building going on in Concho!!

The Unit 5 Home (located on Fairway Drive) under construction is moving along quite nicely. (see updated photos below) This is the home that we saw under construction in February 6, 2006 (see news update below)

A second home is being built in Unit 5. This home is located just around the corner on Green Drive. (Is Unit 5 the next hot spot for building a home?)

There is a home that has started construction in Unit 9A. (located at 95 Pomar). Close to the golf course and great views of the Concho Spring Knoll.

Construction has started in a home located within the Big Six Ranches Subdivision. (acreage lot subdivision)
