Concho Valley Unit 1
Concho
Valley, Unit 1 is a site built only Subdivision is located in Concho Valley.
(approximately 1/4 of a mile to Concho Lake, Public Golf Course
& the new Concho Lake Resort Development Phase 1 "Concho
West Shore" Subdivision) There are a few lots within this
subdivision that has views of Concho Lake. (ie: properties located
on Alpine Drive)

Concho
Valley, Unit 1 is a Site Built Subdivision that is located
just off of Highway 61. There is electric, phone, and water
to the property lines of most of the lots within the subdivision.
Sewer is via Septic. The lot sizes are an average of 1 acre
(average size is: 150' x 302')
There lots that face Highway 61 are commercial properties.
The
roadways throughout the subdivision are paved and/or gravel
roads that are maintained by the Apache County. There are several
trees throughout this subdivision.

Driving directions to Concho Valley, Unit 1
From
Cinder Drive ( Concho Valley) travel north on Highway 61
for 1.75 miles. This will take you to Palo Verde Lane. Look
to the left and this is were the subdivision begins. The Subdivision
continues along Highway 61 for approximately 1/2 mile (subdivision
ends just before the curve in Highway 61.)
