Concho Valley Unit 1B
Concho
Valley, Unit 1B is a site built, golf course subdivision. It is located near
the entrance of the Public Golf Course, less than 1/4 mile to
Concho Lake and the new Concho West Shore Development. This
area has been purchased by the Sintra Capital, LLC and Jemerica,
LLC for future Condomimiums, Motel/Lodging, and a Recreation/Activity
Center.

Concho
Valley, Unit 1B is located just off of Highway 61 near
the entrance to the Public Golf Course. There is electric, phone,
water to the property lines of all the lots within the subdivision.
The average lot size is .16 acres. This subdivision is adjacent
to the golf course and has a golf path to the fairways. The
roadways throughout the subdivision are paved roads that are
maintained by Apache County.

Driving directions to Concho West Shores
From
Cinder Drive (Concho Valley), travel north on Highway 61
for about .87 miles. At this point, you will see the sign for
the Concho Valley Country Club. Turn Right and you will see
the Livco Water Company building on the left, the Golf Course
Entrance straight ahead, and to the right you will see the subdivision
entrance. Turn Right on Frontage Road, you are now within
the subdivision. This subdivision continues to the next road,
which circles back to the hotel, then back to Frontage Road.
