is located just east of Highway 61 in Concho Valley. (4 miles
to the Public Golf Course entrance off Highway 61, 4 1/2 miles
from Concho Lake, and 1 mile south of the Phase Two of the new
Concho Lake Resort Development)

Concho
Valley, Unit 3 South is a Site Built, Manufactured, or Modular
home subdivision. There are no utilities to the subdivision
at this time. Sewer is via Septic. The average lot size is 1
acre (average size: 150' x 302'). This area is zoned for Equestrian
Use.
The
roadways throughout the subdivision are gravel roads that are
maintained by the Apache County. (The roadways have not been
maintained on a regular basis. However, a regular vehicle can
drive on most of the roads within the subdivision.)
There are a several trees throughout the subdivision. Several
lots within the subdivision have great views of the white mountains
to the south and some of the northern lots have views of the
Concho Spring Knoll and/or Concho Valley Community.

Driving directions to Concho Valley, Unit 3 South
From
Cinder Drive ( Concho Valley), turn right onto Cinder Drive
from Highway 61. At about the 1 mile mark, the road will curve
to the right, continue on this road. At the 1.25 mile mark,
you will run out of paved roadway. At this point, you will need
to turn left. This will take you on a parallel course with Concho
Spring Knoll. Go about 1/4 mile and turn right onto Circle Drive.
Follow Circle Drive around the Concho Spring Knoll for 1.2 miles.
Turn left onto State Drive. Follow this road for about 1/4 mile.
This will take you to the northeast corner of the subdivision.
