(less than 1/8 mile to the entrance of Concho Lake, across the
street from the Public Golf Course & less than 1/4 mile
from Phase One of the new Concho Lake Resort Development)

Concho Valley, Unit 4 is located on the west side of Highway
61. There will be electric, phone, and water to the property
lines of all the lots within the subdivision. The lot sizes
are from .32 - .34 acres (average size: 100' 150') There are
several homes within the subdivision.
The
roadways throughout the subdivision will be paved roads that
are maintained by the Apache County. There are several treed
vacant lots still available to build on within the subdivision.

Driving directions to Concho Valley, Unit 4
From
Cinder Drive ( Concho Valley), the subdivision starts on
the west side of Highway 61. The subdivision continues along
the highway until you reach Skyline Drive.
The subdivision can be accessed off of Alpine Road and again
on Mobil Drive (across the street from the Concho Valley Country
Club entrance way).
