Concho Lake Land, Unit 1 Amended
Concho Lake Land Subdivision is located 6.5 driving miles southeast of Concho Valley.

Concho
Lake Land two miles southeast of the Little Ortega Lake. There
is no electric or phone (the closest utility lines are located
along Highway 61 - 3 miles way). Water is via well, no city
water lines are available at this time. Sewer is via Septic.
The roadway leading into the subdivision and the center road
in the subdivision are county maintained roads. The roadways
that run east/west through the subdivision are older, unmaintained
roads.

Driving directions to Concho Lake Land
From
Cinder Drive ( Concho Valley) drive south on Highway 61
for 3.2 miles. Turn left onto County Road #3000. You will be
passing a wire fence and crossing a cattle guard. Straight ahead
you will see the Little Ortega Lake.
The
roadway will quickly turn right. Follow Country Road #3000 for
3.23 miles. You will come across a second wire fence and cattle
guard. Cross the cattle guard and you are now in the Concho
Lake Land Subdivision.
You
can easily access this subdivision with a standard car or truck.
The older, unmaintained roadways can be driven on with a standard
vehicle, however, you will need to watch for rocks as you exit
the main roadway onto the unmaintained road.
