Driving directions to Concho Lake Land - Unit #3

From Cinder Drive ( Concho Valley) drive south on Highway 61 for 3.2 miles. Turn left onto County Road #3000. You will be passing a wire fence and crossing a cattle guard. Straight ahead you will see Ortega Lake.

The roadway will quickly turn right. Follow Country Road #3000 for 3.23 miles. You will come across a second wire fence and cattle guard. Cross the cattle guard and continue forward for about 400 ft. Turn right onto Kings Ranch Road. Continue forward on this road for about 1.36 miles. At this point, the road is not maintained as regularly. Go forward for one mile then turn right. Continue forward for 1400 ft. You are now in the Northeast corner of the subdivision.
