(located across the street from the entrance of Concho Lake,
less than 1/4 miles from the Public Golf Course & across
the highway from Phase One of the new Concho Lake Resort Development)

Concho Valley, Unit 4A is located on the west side of Highway
61. There will be electric, phone, and water to the property
lines of all the lots within the subdivision. The lot sizes
are from .32 - .34 acres (average size: 100' 150') There are
several homes within the subdivision, some of which have views
of Concho Lake. This subdivision is a hub for the community....this
is were the Public Library, public park and community store/gas
station and other local businesses are located.
The
roadways throughout the subdivision will be paved roads (a couple
of roadways that are gravel) are maintained by the Apache County.
There are several treed vacant lots still available to build
on within the subdivision.

Driving directions to Concho Valley, Unit 4
From
Cinder Drive ( Concho Valley), travel north on Highway 61
for 1.18 miles. The subdivision begins at Skyline Drive and
ends at Palo Verde Road.
