Concho
Valley, Unit 5 is a Golf Course Subdivision that is located
just off of Highway 61. There is electric, phone, and water
to the property lines of all the lots within the subdivision.
Sewer is via Septic. The lot sizes are from .3 - .6 acres (average
size is: 100' x 200' - .45 acres) There are three golf cart
paths that run through the neighborhood (providing easy access
to the golf fairways). The golf course is a quick walk from
any property within the subdivision.
The
roadways throughout the subdivision are paved and/or gravel
roads that are maintained by the Apache County. There are several
trees throughout this subdivision.

Driving directions to Concho Valley, Unit 5
From
Cinder Drive ( Concho Valley) the subdivision starts on
the nourished of Cinder Drive and east of Highway 61. Unit 5
goes as far north as Fairway Circle and Highway 61.
