West Shore Subdivision is a premier Waterfront Subdivision located in Concho Valley.
(located on the northwestern shores of Concho Lake, adjacent
to the Public Golf Course & is Phase One of the new Concho
Lake Resort Development)
This is Apache County's first Waterfront
Subdivision!

Concho
West Shore is a Waterfront Subdivision that is located
just off of Highway 61. There will be electric, phone, water
and sewer to the property lines of all the lots within the subdivision.
The lot sizes are from .24 - .57 acres (average size for waterfront
lots are: .38 acres, average size for the waterview lots are:
.24 acres) There will be a pathway to the lake and a community
boat ramp. The lake is a quick walk from any property within
the subdivision.
The
roadways throughout the subdivision will be paved roads that
are maintained by the Apache County. The landscaping of the
subdivision is yet to be determined.

Driving directions to Concho West Shores
From
Cinder Drive ( Concho Valley), travel north on Highway 61
for about 1.67 miles.
Turn Right in to the subdivision driveway entrance (currently
closed due to construction).
